Jetour, the Chinese carmaker, made a good first impression at the Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) 2025. With good word of mouth from consumers and high order quantities, the company’s appearance at the show was a milestone in its Indonesian expansion.

First-Time Participation at IIMS 2025
Jetour made its debut at IIMS 2025, having previously showcased its vehicles at the 2024 Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS). This year, Jetour presented two of its flagship models, the Jetour Dashing and X70 Plus, both of which were launched in Indonesia in 2024.
Impressive Welcome for Jetour’s Flagship Models
During the 11-day event, Jetour was warmly received and enthusiastically supported by visitors. The Jetour Dashing and X70 Plus were especially hit, with hundreds of units sold. Moch Ranggy Radiansyah, Marketing Director of PT Jetour Motor Indonesia (JMI), said the company had already achieved over 250 orders for both models when the exhibition ended on February 23.

While the precise order numbers are currently in the process of being computed, preliminary indications are that the Dashing model received a fraction of a percent more orders. The newly released color options, including Bloodstone Red and Phantom Grey, were specifically popular along with the more premium versions of the Dashing.

Sales Target of IIMS 2025
At the beginning of IIMS 2025, Jetour had planned a sales target of 300 units. Though they are still consolidating the figures, the response during the exhibition has been encouraging with more than 250 orders already finalized.
Ongoing Deliveries
Jetour Dashing and X70 Plus have been up for sale since November 2024, and the initial batch of deliveries was completed in January 2025. Up to this point, more than 100 units of the two models have already been delivered to buyers, further increasing the brand’s positive reception in Indonesia.
A Bright Future for Jetour in Indonesia
Both the Jetour Dashing, a 5-seater version, and the X70 Plus, a 7-seater SUV, proved to be in high demand with Indonesian buyers. Jetour’s success at IIMS 2025 is reflective of the company’s increasing traction in the local car market.
