Wuling Motors (Wuling) was extremely successful at the 2025 Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS), obtaining a total of 1,653 SPK (vehicle order letters) and grabbing three award accolades. That is an exceptional sales volume for this year compared to the year before.

During the exhibition that was conducted between February 13-23, Wuling captured significant consumer interest among its lineup of products. The brand achieved 33% growth in sales against last year, which attests that Wuling’s vehicles fulfill Indonesian consumers’ needs.
“A big thank you to the public for their enthusiasm for Wuling products. Sales growth during this year’s exhibition increased by 33% compared to the previous year. This is proof that Wuling products are suitable for the community and align with the spirit of ‘Built in Indonesia for You,'” said Kharismawan Awangga, Sales Operation Director of Wuling Motors.
Electric Vehicles Lead Sales
Of the 1,653 SPKs, Wuling’s electric vehicles dominated. The Air EV series contributed 33%, followed by the BinguoEV series at 27% and the Cloud EV series at 20%. In the SUV segment, Wuling Alvez contributed 10% to the total sales. These numbers indicate a growing consumer trust in Wuling’s electric vehicle technology.
High Test Drive Enthusiasm
The test drive zone at IIMS 2025 was highly utilized, with 1,391 test drives taken. The most tested models were:
- Wuling Air EV: 464 times
- Wuling Cloud EV: 404 times
- Wuling BinguoEV: 329 times
- Wuling Alvez: 126 times
- Wuling Almaz: 68 times
This indicates the public’s enthusiasm for Wuling’s electric and SUV offerings.
New EV Launches
Wuling utilized the IIMS 2025 platform to launch updated versions of two electric cars:
- New Air EV – ‘Your Everyday Vehicle’
- New Cloud EV – ‘Driving the Future of Comfort’
