Dyonisius Beti, YIMM President Director & CEO, highlighted Yamaha’s mission of creating a better customer experience:
“The nuance of the Yamaha Flagship Shop Bandung is more luxurious and premium, while that of the Jakarta flagship store is more technology-centric. We wish to introduce a new experience to our consumers since the market today is more digital and varied than it was 20 years ago.”
