ALVA’s Commitment to Better Aftersales Service
ALVA CEO Purbaja Pantja announced the expansion during a media event in Jakarta on March 6, 2025.He added that ALVA intends to improve its aftersales services and facilitate easy electric charging for customers.
“Now we have 17 locations of charging points, but in the future, we will grow up to 200 points,” stated Purbaja.
It will start its expansion in main locations such as Jakarta, Bogor, Bandung, Semarang, and Surabaya, then to Bali. It guarantees electric motorbike consumers could move around the cities without being concerned with the charging facility.
Boost Charge Station for Quick Charging
ALVA’s SPKLU charging stations are optimized to be convenient and efficient. The stations are specified at 500-840 W and a total of 8 kW, with the capability to charge two electric motorbikes at a time.
ALVA’s electric motorbike batteries at Boost Charge Stations can charge from 20% to 100% within 1 hour and 17 minutes. This is significantly better than home charging, which requires around 4 hours.
