Vanie put out what she has learned from her experience in a very male dominated field. “I see that in a male dominated field what you have is certain expectations and also a question of a women’s ability to lead which is an issue, I also had that,“ she said. But what Vanie found is that what breaks through is consistent performance, problem solving, and open communication.
