BAIC is set to make a big announcement at the 2025 Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) which takes place in July with the much looked forward to BJ30 hybrid. At the fair they will put on display two versions of the BJ30 – the 4×4 and 4×2 models. This is a great step for BAIC in to fortify its position in Indonesia’s automotive scene.

BAIC reports on its official website that the BJ30 Hybrid is powered by a 1.5 liter turbocharged gasoline which they have designed to work in tandem with the hybrid system. This they have put together to produce a very efficient and powerful package which does well in many driving situations.
