Developed by PT Mobil Anak Bangsa (MABI), Birawa is a double-cabin, open-top utility vehicle finished in an army green exterior, built specifically for military and tactical applications. According to Kelik Irwantono, President Director of MABI, the Birawa showcased at PEVS 2025 represents the final prototype model and is pending regulatory testing with Indonesia’s Ministry of Transportation.
Built with a focus on durability and off-road performance, the Birawa features bold, utilitarian styling. Its straightforward grille, circular headlamps, and compact indicator lights align with its military function. Despite its spartan design, the vehicle offers strong structural presence and seating for up to five personnel.
