Jakarta – The Chery Tiggo Cross was launched in Indonesia with a competitive price, which attracted the attention of SUV fans. But the price was only for a limited group of consumers, and soon the price will rise.

Chery offers the Tiggo Cross in two variants:
- Comfort trim: IDR 239.5 million
- Premium trim: IDR 269.5 million
The Compact SUV competes with popular models like the Toyota Yaris Cross, Suzuki Grand Vitara, Mitsubishi Xforce, and Hyundai Creta, making its pricing quite attractive.
Why is the Price Increasing?
Initially, Chery set the special launch price for the first 1,000 customers only. With this quota now fully booked, the company is preparing to adjust the price.
Budi Darmawan, Sales Director of PT Chery Sales Indonesia, confirmed this adjustment.
“As we announced at IIMS, the special price was only for the first 1,000 buyers. Since we have now reached that limit, there will be a price adjustment soon,” said Budi on Thursday (6/3/2025).
He also hinted that the price increase would be around IDR 10 million.
