Jakarta – PT Astra Honda Motor (AHM) registered SPK (vehicle order form) numbers of 1,133 units during the 2025 Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) at JIExpo, Kemayoran, Jakarta, from February 13-23. This milestone indicates Honda’s dominating position in Indonesia’s motorcycle industry.

Top-Selling Models
Out of the total 1,133 motorcycles sold, the Honda Vario Series dominated with 345 units, trailed by the Honda Stylo 160 with 217 units. The Honda PCX 160 also received massive attention, selling 156 units, which secured it the Big Scooter category award. The steady demand for these models attests to Honda’s capacity to meet different consumer tastes, ranging from fashionable scooters to efficient daily commuters.

Consumer Trust and Industry Recognition
“We would like to thank the trust of IIMS 2025 visitors, who have chosen Honda motorcycles as their riding companions. In addition to strong sales, AHM’s dedication to creating an engaging and comfortable booth experience was initially recognized with the award for the Best Booth motorcycle > 400 sqm awarded at IIMS 2025. The Honda motorcycle line was shown in five different zones of the booth which included Urban, Explorer, Racing, Lifestyle and EV (Electric Vehicle).
These different zones were created as a means to provide a unique and customized experience to suit different riding styles of the vehicles.
Innovation and Future Mobility
One of the event’s highlights was Honda’s concept electric motorcycle pair, the EV Fun Concept and EV Urban Concept. These futuristic vehicles, showcased at the AHM booth, caught onlookers’ attention with their advanced technology and environmentally friendly design, underlining Honda’s dedication to sustainable mobility.
In addition, the #Cari_Aman & Safety Riding Zone offered an interactive experience whereby visitors could try out the Honda Riding Trainer (HRT) to learn proper safe riding practices. One of the biggest drawcards was the RC213V, with the new 2025 MotoGP livery, which generated a buzz among motorsport enthusiasts.
