Chery Sales Indonesia (CSI) posted good retail sales in March 2025, selling 1,521 units, up 14.6% from February’s 1,327 units. This is three months in a row of sales of over 1,000 units, indicating expanding consumer interest in Chery’s product offerings.

Growing Dealer Network Supports Expansion
Rifkie Setiawan, CSI Brand Department Head, attributed the growth in sales to Chery’s growing dealer network. With additional dealerships in various areas, customers have better access to Chery products and after-sales services.

As of April 2025, 46 out of 80 planned dealers have already held grand openings across Indonesia. This nationwide coverage plays a key role in building trust and convenience for buyers.

Premium SUVs Driving Sales
Product quality, reliable after-sales service, and strong customer loyalty have all contributed to Chery’s positive momentum. Leading the sales chart in March was the Chery J6 SUV, with 673 units sold, making up 44.2% of the brand’s total monthly sales.
Other models also performed well:
- Tiggo Cross: 323 units sold in March.
- Tiggo 8: Continued to contribute solidly to Chery’s growth.

New Product Launches Ahead
CSI is also hopeful for the remainder of 2025. New models are to be released in May, which will further drive sales. Chery is looking to continue satisfying Indonesian customers with premium specifications, fashionable designs, and affordable prices.
