Toyota has added to its portfolio of low-emission vehicles in India by introducing a mild-hybrid in the hugely popular Fortuner SUV name, the Fortuner Neo Drive, with a proven mild-hybrid, like what we saw in the Hyryder and Glanza Suvs.

Variants and Positioning
The Fortuner Neo Drive comes in two options: Diesel and Legender. These variants are positioned as premium choices, just below the high-performance GR Sport variant. Despite the new hybrid system, Toyota has kept the Fortuner’s rugged design and interior unchanged.
