In 2025 BMW Indonesia broke the news of the new BMW 2 Series which is to go into production. At the opening of the BMW & Mini Retail Next store in Pantai Indah Kapuk 2 which took place Wednesday May 7, 2025 President Director of the BMW Group Indonesia Peter Sunny Medalla made the announcement.
While we don’t have an exact date for the launch, it is put out there that the 2025 Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) may be the venue for what is very much looked forward to.
The new BMW 2 Series, already launched globally, is designed as a compact, sporty vehicle with features that make it ideal for urban driving.
