IMOS 2024 from 30th Oct to 3rd Nov, 2024 in Indonesia

JAKARTA – Indonesia Motorcycle Show 2024, held for the first time in Jakarta in ten years, has finally found a venue: ICE BSD City. Held from October 30 to November 3, it promises to be Indonesia’s most comprehensive motorcycle exhibition yet. While it boasts of the latest innovations under one roof, it puts safety and environmental concerns to the fore as well. The show will be organized as part of an effort by the Indonesian Motorcycle Industry Association (AISI) to stimulate growth in the motorcycle industry. The theme was “Riding Green and Safe Journeys for Better Life,” which seemed to tie in rather well with the aim of AISI to bring about greenish habits in the industry.

A Commitment towards Innovation and Sustainability

Speaking during a press conference held in Jakarta on October 3, AISI General Chair Johannes Loman took time to emphasize the importance of the IMOS as a platform by which various players in the industry can present breakthroughs. According to him, “AISI is dedicated to further encouraging innovations that not only enhance the performance of vehicles but also environmentally friendly products.” The exhibition this year hopes to increase public awareness about the sustainable means of motorcycling while affording a direct space for consumers and industry professionals.

Expanding Exhibit Area to Create More Activities

This year, IMOS will occupy a larger space than in previous years. Then, the participants will be able to deliver better education to the consumers and present the latest technologies directly to the consumers. The exhibition area will be 15,000 square meters, covering the indoor spaces and including all outdoor spaces from halls 9 and 10 of ICE BSD City.

“With an increasingly large exhibition area and more complete participants, visitors will find more comfort in exploring exhibition areas and enjoying the entire series of events we have prepared,” said Sigit Kumala, Head of the IMOS 2024 Organizer. The expansion aims for a more lively atmosphere in exhibiting the latest motorcycle offerings for visitors.

A Variety of Exhibitors

More than 60 participants will attend this year, making IMOS 2024 more lively than last year. Included in the exhibition are 17 brands of ICE motorcycles such as: Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, TVS, Yamaha, Harley-Davidson, Royal Alloy, Royal Enfield, and Scomadi. A number of Electric Vehicle Motorcycle brands will also be presented, such as Alva, Electrom, HORWIN INC, ION Mobility, Polytron, VMove, Volta, and ZPT.

Supporting industries that shape the motorcycle ecosystem will abound, ranging from tires and helmets to lubricants, tools, and spare parts. All this is geared to deliver visitors a 360-degree view of motorcycles and thus be ‘the shop’ for enthusiasts

IMOS 2024 is more than an exhibition; it’s a program filled with a lot of fun and worth-watching activities, which aims to educate and entertain. Its interactivity displays, product demonstrations, and several motorcycle safety and maintenance workshops are in line for the visitors. This will not only give them invaluable knowledge but also, at the same time, promote proper riding as well as the event’s environmental Responsibility and Safety.
