JAKARTA – Furthering customer satisfaction in Indonesia, PT Hyundai Mobil Indonesia launched a world-class Body & Paint facility in Harapan Indah, Bekasi, West Java. An ideal facility that focuses on the best body repair and painting services for Hyundai vehicles all across Indonesia, especially where it lacks such facilities.
The growth in Hyundai sales in Indonesia is so aggressive from time to time. So as a form of our commitment to maintaining customer satisfaction, PT Hyundai Mobil Indonesia inaugurates body repair and painting services in Harapan Indah Bekasi City.
Denny Siregar, CEO of PT Hyundai Mobil Indonesia.
Ideal Location to Serve All Hyundai Owners Nationally
Located in Harapan Indah, this new facility is strategically located to serve Hyundai customers’ needs in body and paint repairs. For quite some time, owners of Hyundai vehicles have found access to body repair and paint services difficult, as such services were not available in every city. With the opening of this facility, PT Hyundai Mobil Indonesia hopes to overcome these difficulties so that Hyundai owners can enjoy a “worry-free” experience in taking care of their vehicles.
This new facility epitomizes a decision in line with the rapid growth of Hyundai sales across Indonesia. With increasing numbers of Hyundai vehicles hitting the road, dependable aftersales services, especially body repairs and painting, have become highly in demand
Committed to Global Standards of Customer Service
This, he said in his official statement, is part of the larger strategy of the company: to offer services at world standards to its customers. It means Indonesian customers get equal, if not better, service and repair quality compared to all other Hyundai facilities worldwide.
Hyundail’s Body & Paint facility has been designed with the customer’s satisfaction in mind and hence is fully equipped with a host of facilities that ensure every repair and paint job is of the highest standards. A host of services and infrastructure make it one of the world-class repair centres.
Advanced Facilities and Comprehensive Services
Built on an area of 2,500 square meters in two buildings, it is fully equipped with body repair and painting works of Hyundai models. The facility comprises a composition of 86 working capacity units, 2 spray booths, and can work on up to a total of 450 vehicles per month. It is also backed up with more than 36 motor vehicle insurance companies to provide smooth repairs and services to insured vehicles.
Meanwhile, facilities in Harapan Indah are also fully equipped with state-of-the-art body repair services, especially for Hyundai’s electric line. There are also three stalls in the facility to accommodate General Repair support for comprehensive vehicle maintenance given to customers besides bodywork and paint service.
It also placed much attention on comfort for its customers. It had a large waiting room and office area of 1,500 square meters that would give comfort to its customers while they wait for the services of their vehicles.
Meeting the Demand Growth for Hyundai Aftersales Service
While the sales continue to surge in Indonesia, aftersales requirements at Hyundai continue to grow exponentially. Hyundai’s new Body & Paint facility is not only an answer to this demand but a testament to the brand’s commitment towards customer satisfaction. Fully manned with experienced technicians, following high standards of work and pledging their time and energy, the facility works to ensure every repair carried out on every vehicle is accomplished with precision.
Apart from that, the facility also provides regular maintenance services for all models of Hyundai vehicles, hence making it a one-stop solution for all owners of Hyundai vehicles in the Bekasi area.
Commitment to the Community and Future Growth
It is not just about the facility offering quality vehicle repair service, but it also encompasses Hyundai’s bigger commitment to the community in which it operates. Hendrik Wiradjaja, COO of PT Hyundai Mobil Indonesia, underlined the company’s intentions to open as many job opportunities as possible for the local communities in Bekasi and its surroundings. Accordingly, Hyundai will open jobs to as many skilled young workers as possible, enabling them to work and contribute to the local economy.
In the future, PT Hyundai Mobil Indonesia envisions Harapan Indah Body & Paint as part of its nationwide service network. For this, construction will further develop this facility to increase its capacity and meet the rise in demand for Hyundai cars throughout Indonesia.
