Honda Bikers Day (HBD) 2024 will be a grand event as it is planned to relive the true spirit of brotherhood among Indonesian motorcycle enthusiasts. This event is not merely a meeting as it is organized by PT Astra Honda Motor (AHM), but a reflection of togetherness, camaraderie, and motive for two-wheelers. The HBD 2024 is expected to be the biggest motorcycle usage event in the world with more than 30 thousand participants at Rindam IV Diponegoro Field, Magelang, Central Java on 26th October 2024October 26 themed “Soundtrack of Brotherhood”.
This event will be filled with various activities that further strengthen the unity and togetherness of Indonesian bikers.

They identified this event to be important in promoting brotherhood among bikers, especially when speaking to Andy Wijaya who is a General Manager of Marketing Planning and Analysis Division at AHM. “We welcome the bikers and the public to prove the brotherhood manifested in the Honda Bikers Day,” he said in the press statement quoted on Tuesday, September 3, 2024.
Symbolism and celebration of unity and togetherness
It is not just the ride but the camaraderie that exists amongst those who participate in this unique experience in the 2024 HBD. Thus, to maintain and develop such connections, bikers will compete with each other in different contests, people will play games, and live performances of rock bands will contribute to the energetic mood of the event.
The ideal venue for the event is the Rindam IV Diponegoro Field where attendees can share stories, flaunt their bikes, and challenge other bikers. It is to be an extraordinary occasion of celebrating the biking core value – especially the notion of unity.
The Journey to HBD 2024
Sub-events leading to the grand celebration in Magelang include the pre-events that will be staged in three major Indonesian islands to accommodate all bikers from diverse areas.
These pre-events are: a water sports event at Alam Mayang, Pekanbaru, Sumatra on the 5th of October; fashion show at Murjani Square, Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan on the 12th of October; and beach calf event at Akkana Beach, Makassar, South Sulawesi on the 19th of October. Each location will accommodate local bikers culminating towards the final event to be held in Magelang.
These pre-events are made through the joint venture between AHM and Honda’s large dealer network namely PT Capella Dinamik Nusantara, PT Trio Motor and Astra Motor. This partnership ensures that the crusade of Honda Bikers Day goes to each part of the nation and seeing bikers from different parts of the country come together in the spirit of brotherhood.
Registration and Participation
The registration for the 2024 HBD commenced on August 26 through the organization’s specific HBD microsite. This grand event enables bikers from different motorcycle communities all over Indonesia to register to join the festivities. It is easy so that a large number of fans could join the celebration.
Since many bikers will be attending the rally, it is advisable to register early for the event. Everyone will not only get to interact with other bikers but also ride in competition, play games, and do many other fun things throughout the day.
