Vinfast announced the opening of 15 new dealer stores across Indonesia

JAKARTA, INDONESIA – August 2, 2024 – VinFast Auto, the rapidly growing electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer, has made a significant move to strengthen its foothold in the Indonesian market. The company announced the opening of 15 new dealer stores across Indonesia, a strategic expansion occurring between July 31 and August 31, 2024. This move underscores VinFast’s dedication to providing high-quality, competitively-priced EVs and exceptional after-sales services to Indonesian consumers.

The new dealerships are strategically situated in major cities, including Jakarta, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Malang, Sidoarjo, Mojokerto, Surabaya, Bali, Batam, and Makassar. This extensive reach ensures that customers across Indonesia can easily access VinFast’s innovative electric vehicles and benefit from the company’s renowned customer service and comprehensive after-sales support.

VinFast’s Commitment to the Indonesian Market

Mr. Temmy Wiradjaja, CEO of VinFast Indonesia, highlighted the significance of this expansion: “VinFast’s swift growth in Indonesia clearly demonstrates the importance of this market to us. Our dealer stores are designed to provide the best customer experience, supporting customers throughout their entire ownership journey, from learning about our products to making a purchase and enjoying after-sales services and warranties.”

The expansion is a testament to VinFast’s strategic vision and commitment to its customers. By establishing a strong presence in key Indonesian cities, VinFast aims to enhance the accessibility of its EVs and ensure that customers receive top-notch support and services.

Strategic Locations and Enhanced Customer Experience

The new VinFast dealer stores are positioned in key locations to maximize customer reach and convenience. In Jakarta, Bandung, Yogyakarta, and other major cities, customers will have the opportunity to explore and purchase VinFast’s cutting-edge electric vehicles. Each dealership is equipped with professional consultation services, ensuring that customers receive detailed information about the vehicles and their benefits.

Mr. Irawan Nurisman, Representative of VinFast Dealership Sumber Baru in Yogyakarta, expressed his enthusiasm about the partnership: “We are proud to be among the next wave of dealers partnering with VinFast on this journey towards widespread electrified transportation. VinFast’s strong commitment to Indonesian customers throughout the vehicle ownership process has built trust with us and facilitated this partnership.”

    Introducing VinFast’s Electric Vehicle Models

VinFast has officially introduced two electric vehicle models in Indonesia: the VF 5 and the VF e34. These models cater to the two most popular segments, A and C, respectively. Both vehicles come with attractive battery subscription policies that significantly reduce ownership costs, making electric vehicles more accessible to a broader audience.

The VF 5 and VF e34 are designed to meet the diverse needs of Indonesian consumers, offering advanced features, modern design, and reliable performance. The battery subscription model is particularly appealing, as it alleviates concerns about battery longevity and replacement costs.

    Exceptional After-Sales Services and Warranties

VinFast’s commitment to customer satisfaction extends beyond the purchase of the vehicle. The company offers an exceptional after-sales policy that includes a 7-to-10-year warranty for the vehicle body and an 8-to-10-year warranty for the battery for customers who purchase vehicles with batteries. Additionally, for customers who opt for the battery subscription, VinFast provides free maintenance and battery replacement if the battery’s charging capacity falls below 70%.

This comprehensive after-sales support ensures that VinFast customers can enjoy their vehicles with peace of mind, knowing that they are backed by a reliable and customer-focused company. The extended warranties and maintenance policies demonstrate VinFast’s confidence in the quality and durability of its products.

    Continuous Advancements and Future Plans

VinFast’s recent developments further highlight its commitment to the Indonesian market. The company officially broke ground on its electric vehicle assembly plant in Subang, West Java, earlier this year. This plant is expected to play a crucial role in meeting the growing demand for EVs in Indonesia and supporting VinFast’s long-term growth strategy in the region.

At the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2024, VinFast launched its two models and delivered the first electric cars to customers, marking a significant milestone in the company’s journey. These continuous advancements, along with the recent dealership expansion, affirm VinFast’s dedication to accompanying customers and laying a solid foundation for its long-term presence in Indonesia and globally.

A Bright Future for VinFast in Indonesia

VinFast’s rapid expansion and commitment to the Indonesian market signal a promising future for the company and its customers. By opening 15 new dealerships in strategic locations, VinFast is making its innovative electric vehicles more accessible to a broader audience, while providing exceptional customer service and after-sales support.

As the demand for electric vehicles continues to grow, VinFast is well-positioned to become a leading player in the Indonesian market. The company’s focus on quality, affordability, and customer satisfaction sets it apart from competitors and ensures that it will remain a trusted and preferred choice for Indonesian consumers.
