At the 2025 Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS), PT Toyota-Astra Motor (TAM) unveiled the refreshed Toyota Camry and Toyota Corolla Cross, both of which now feature hybrid powertrains.

Camry and Corolla Cross Hybrid Models
PT TAM, the official distributor of Toyota in Indonesia, unveiled the Toyota Camry Hybrid (HEV) and Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid (HEV) during the event. They are among the Toyota’s overall efforts to expand its hybrid line-up in Indonesia, providing more environmentally friendly mobility solutions.
Hiroyuki Ueda, President Director of PT TAM, announced, “In order to broaden the hybrid in every segment, we introduced the New Camry HEV and New Corolla Cross HEV in Indonesia,” at the launch of IIMS 2025 on February 13, 2025. This action confirms Toyota’s strong support for green vehicles in Indonesia.
Toyota Camry Facelift

The 2025 Camry Hybrid boasts a new exterior with a new front grille and improved LED headlights. The rear also receives a makeover in the form of new tail lamps and a more contemporary bumper. The Camry’s interior also features a bigger touchscreen and better interior materials, making it feel more upscale. Better safety features such as adaptive cruise control and lane-keeping assist are also available.

Toyota Corolla Cross Facelift

2025 Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid received major updates too, such as a new frontal grille with daring design and keener LED lights. The new rear boasts freshly designed tail lights, matching the car’s spirited new design. The interior comes with an extended infotainment screen supporting wireless Apple CarPlay. The inside also boasts superior seat upholstery along with softer air conditioning for more comfort on a ride.

Expanding Electrification
Both Camry and Corolla Cross Hybrid are under Toyota’s electrification roadmap, which promotes greater penetration of environmentally friendly vehicles in Indonesia.
