Nissan Indonesia has introduced the All-New Nissan Serena e-POWER at the GAIKINDO Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2024. This launch has an impact on electric mobility in Indonesia. The new car combines new technology with a focus on sustainability meeting the needs of Indonesian families.
The All-New Nissan Serena e-POWER:
The All-New Nissan Serena e-POWER is one of Indonesia’s hot family MPVs and continues its heritage handed down from its predecessor. Known for its spacious interior and practical features, Serena has continued to evolve under the theme “Big, Easy, Fun” to provide the best experience in comfort and smooth driving on any journey
Advanced Technology and Features
The Serena has second-generation e-POWER technology. It features a 1.4-liter gasoline engine, HR14, to generate the power for the battery powering its front-wheel electric motor. This design ensures strong performance with a maximum torque of 315 Nm and a power output of up to 163 PS. This allows the car to cover long distances without stopping frequently to charge.
Safety with Convenience
Nissan does this by incorporating safety with the addition of Intelligent Driving technologies into the vehicles, including ProPILOT 1.0, which are supportive of steering, speeding up, and slowing down. The e-Pedal makes driving easier, thereby managing the car with just one pedal, which adds to both safety and how much fun one can have while driving.
Variants and Pricing
You can choose from two types of the All-New Nissan Serena e-POWER: a one-color option starting at Rp 635 million and a two-color option from Rp 639.5 million. At GIIAS 2024, Nissan rolled out special deals for buyers. These include free upkeep longer warranties, and full support for the lithium-ion battery and e-POWER parts.
Nissan’s Push for Electric Cars
With the theme “Unveil The Future of Innovation,” Nissan showed off a range of electric cars at GIIAS 2024. This move proves they’re leading the way in new tech and green driving. They displayed the Nissan Hyper Tourer, Nissan Ariya, Nissan Sakura, Nissan LEAF, and Nissan Kicks e-POWER. Each car has its own special features to suit different buyer needs and eco-concerns.
