The IIMS Indonesia International Motor Show 2025 will come roaring back to life at JIExpo Kemayoran in Central Jakarta from February 13-23, 2025. An event widely awaited every year, its theme promises the strongest interest-generating shows of vehicles, be it cars or motorcycles, as well as the latest vehicle technology.

Bigger and better than ever
This year, IIMS 2025 is increasing its exhibition area to 154,289 square meters from 133,547 square meters last year. In total, 190 participants are expected, comprising 31 car brands and 25 motorcycle brands, making it even more diverse and immersive for visitors.
According to IIMS Project Manager Rudi MF, the growing exhibitors’ turnout is a signal of the positive growth of Indonesia’s automotive business. The estimated transaction for this event is approximately IDR 6.7 trillion, indicating high demand for new vehicles and solutions for electric mobility.
Car Brands at IIMS 2025
A variety of automotive brands, from established names to newcomers, will present their latest offerings, including electric vehicles (EVs), hybrids, and conventional fuel-powered cars.
New and Returning Car Brands
- Toyota, Honda, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Mazda, Suzuki, Daihatsu, Kia, BMW, and Volkswagen (VW) will showcase their latest lineups.
- There are newcomers Honri, Denza, Geely, and Jaecoo, which are scheduled to arrive in the Indonesian market soon.
- Some of the other key car brands are BAIC, BYD, Chery, Citroën, DFSK, GAC Aion, GWM, Jetour, Maxus, Mini, MG, Neta, Seres, Subaru, Vinfast, and Wuling.
As environmental issues attract greater attention, BYD, GAC Aion, and Neta seem likely to launch newer versions of their Electric Vehicle models.
