Jetour, a brand under Chery Automobile, is set to unveil its latest off-road SUVs, the G700 and G900, at the 2025 Shanghai Auto Show, scheduled from April 23 to May 2 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai.
In its official announcement on Thursday (17 February 2025), Jetour revealed that the upcoming G700 and G900 models will combine powerful performance with premium luxury.
Moch Ranggy Radiansyah, Marketing Director of PT Jetour Motor Indonesia, shared that both models are designed to meet the needs of off-road enthusiasts in Indonesia.
“We introduce the Jetour G700 and G900 as the perfect solution. These SUVs offer the thrill of off-road adventures while maintaining a stylish, premium feel,” said Ranggy.

Jetour G700: The High-End Hybrid Off-Roader
The Jetour G700 is a high-end hybrid off-road SUV that mates a 2.0-liter turbocharged gasoline engine with a 2DHT hybrid transmission. It has an XWD intelligent four-wheel drive system, making it capable of automatically adjusting to different terrains with the aid of multiple driving modes.
The G700’s features a body-on-frame design, air suspension with adjustable ground clearance between 150 mm and 350 mm, and a swing-out tailgate with a full-size spare wheel.

Jetour G900: Engineered for Extreme Off-Roading
The Jetour G900 is built with an embedded ladder-frame composite chassis and triple differential locks, enabling it to tackle the most challenging terrains. While specific technical details are yet to be fully disclosed, the G900 is expected to offer robust off-road capabilities.
Global expansion plans
In the second half of 2025 Jetour will roll out the G700 to global markets which will include the Middle East as the first launch region. This also plays into Jetour’s strategy of growing its international market footprint.

Anticipation at Auto Shanghai 2025
At the Shanghai Auto Show we see the premiere of the G700 and G900 which displays Jetour’s focus in the off road SUV field. At the show floor you can get an up close look at these models, with in depth tech specs and hands on evaluation available for the duration of the event.
