- Rapid Growth: OMODA & JAECOO have seen a significant sales boost, with a 370% increase in new energy vehicle (NEV) sales in the first quarter of 2025. Over 50% of sales came from electrified models.
- SHS Technology: SHS (Super Hybrid System) is one of JAECOO’s most important innovations. It integrates fifth-generation hybrid technology and a Dedicated Hybrid Transmission (DHT). The system provides drivers with the ability to shift between normal and electric power. SHS provides flexibility at no expense to efficiency or performance.
- Global Expansion: After foraying into the European market in the first half of 2024, OMODA & JAECOO have so far entered seven markets, such as Spain, Italy, Poland, and the UK. Over 300 showrooms were launched in a mere 14 months, recording month-on-month sales of over 10,000 units.
- Record Achievements: The JAECOO J7 SHS set a remarkable record with 1,613.1 km in a marathon test in Mexico. Additionally, the model is leading the plug-in hybrid market in Spain, Malaysia, and the UK.

Indonesia’s electric vehicle market grew rapidly in 2024, with BEV sales jumping 172%. Now, OMODA & JAECOO plan to bring their advanced technology to local drivers.
The government of Indonesia has made a bold aim to have 400,000 EVs on the road by 2025 and become a regional electric mobility hub. OMODA & JAECOO are poised to fill this demand with vehicles such as the JAECOO J5 BEV and SHS cars.

OMODA & JAECOO have ambitious plans for 2025:
- Five new SHS models are set to be launched.
