Jakarta – PT PLN (Persero), in collaboration with the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), has officially launched the 2025 BUMN Free Homecoming Program. The program will be conducted between March 14-18, 2025, offering more than 11,000 seats to participants traveling from various cities across Indonesia.
Yusuf Didi Setiarto, PLN’s Legal and Human Capital Management Director, stated that the program aims to help people celebrate Eid al-Fitr 2025 in their hometowns while encouraging them to shift from using private vehicles, especially motorcycles, to safer and more eco-friendly public transportation.

Registration Mechanism and Conditions
- PLN Mobile Application Only: Registration via the PLN Mobile application by choosing the “Safe Homecoming” banner.
- One Account, One Registration: One registration per PLN Mobile account.
- No Duplicate Registration: Participants are not allowed to register in other SOE homecoming programs.
- Accurate Personal Data: The data must correspond to the participant’s KTP (ID card) and family card.
- Self-Registration Only: The participant must register and cannot be represented.
- Communication Consent: Participants consent to receive updates through email and WhatsApp from the PLN Homecoming Committee.
- Family Member Registration: Registration can be done for up to 3 family members, with 4 individuals per form.
- Guarantee of Departure: A guarantee of Rp 100,000 per person is needed, refundable as an e-voucher in the PLN Mobile app.
- Re-registration is Compulsory: Anyone who fails to re-register within the deadline will be deemed to have canceled and their guarantee will be donated.
- Limited Quotas: Registration will be closed when the quota is reached and accordingly announcements will be made.
