JAKARTA – Great Wall Motor further expands in Indonesia with the inauguration of a new dealership in Pasteur, Bandung. This latest move also marks the first 3S facility of GWM in West Java and reaffirms its commitment to taking the New Energy Vehicle ecosystem further ahead in Indonesia. A brand-new facility was inaugurated in an effort to bring GWM‘s innovative NEV models closer to the people of Bandung.
New Dealer Improves Customer Service Experience
The Pasteur dealership is located at Jalan Dr. Djjunan No. 180, Sukajadi, Bandung City, and covers an area measuring 1,500 square meters, with a building area of 1,050 square meters. This is a modern facility, adding to the comfort of the customers. This is evident from the fact that the showroom can display up to three vehicles and also has six service workbay stalls. With such an arrangement, one is assured that during the selection of vehicles for purchase or servicing, comfort is well taken care of.
The launch of GWM Pasteur is strategic in the sense that it will position GWM as a strong force in the high-end off-road vehicle market. In addition, the dealership will be able to express its strength with the Tank 300 HEV, a strong vehicle that can help off-road enthusiasts meet their needs. The Tank 300 HEV delivers impressive performances, mixing well with modern technologies to satisfy consumers who want to drive over various terrains.
Expanding GWM’s Dealer Network
Khoo Shao Tze, President Director of Inchcase Automotive Indonesia, underlined in a statement that such strategic cooperation would further develop the presence of GWM in Indonesia. “As the leader of the global automotive industry, we strive to see a more powerful presence in Indonesia, focusing on premium experiences. Our strategic way, centered on planets, people, and places, will continue to drive us forward,” he said.
GWM Indonesia General Manager, Constantinus Herlijoso proudly mentioned it as the third GWM dealer in Indonesia. “The inauguration of this dealer also means our step forward in expanding the GWM dealer network in Indonesia, with the targets set previously,” Herlijoso said.
Customer-Centric Facilities
GWM Pasteur is designed to be equipped with several customer-centric facilities to increase the overall experience. Among them are:
Comfort Customer Lounge: The lounge where the customers can sit in comfort and wait for service.
Private Lounge: Area reserved for more personalized customer service.
Comfort Service Waiting Lounge: Comfortable waiting area where the service customers can wait.
Coffee Bar: Place for refreshment.
It has test drives for the Haval H6 HEV and Tank 500 HEV models so that prospective buyers can have an experience with GWM’s vehicles. Further, it has the availability of its services at home to add more convenience. The brand statement describes the vision of GWM in the future;
As Herlijoso pointed out, GWM has been working day and night to mark itself as an influential name in the automobile industry. At GWM, we continue working tirelessly to be an important part of the development of the automobile industry. Global and domestic, GWM achieves incredible achievements.
