PT Pindad has officially launched its first fully electric tactical vehicle named PANDU (MV3 Tactical EV) at the Indo Defense 2025 Expo & Forum, held at JIExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta.
The launch was attended by top Indonesian leaders, including President Prabowo Subianto, Defense Minister Sjafrie Syamsuddin, Political and Security Minister Budi Gunawan, TNI Commander General Agus Subiyanto, and Police Chief General Listyo Sigit.

Key Features of PANDU MV3 Tactical EV
- 100% Electric: Built on the MV3 platform using Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) technology.
- Power Source: Equipped with a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor.
- Performance: Produces 120–170 kW of power and 280–315 Nm of torque.
- Battery Options: Capacity options ranging from 67 to 100 kWh.
- Range: Up to 400 km per charge.
- Top Speed: Achievable 100 km/h.
- Capacity: 4 person capacity.
- Dimensions: Length – 4.7 m, Width – 2.2 m, Height – 1.9 m, Weight – 3.2 tons.
